September 29, 2013 - "Errand"

ATN -  Tommy is laid up today so I got to do the errands...dump and pick up Sunday paper.

MEB - When away for the weekend the only errand worth doing is shopping!  I love the Grady Market in Apalachicola!

MEL - Sent Barret on the errand to purchase diapers today....he came home with this.

September 28, 2013 - "A good thing"

ATN - A little gray cottage by the river is a VERY good thing!

MEB - A dozen raw oysters... It's a good thing!!!!

MEL - Living in Richmond has been a good thing for me

September 27, 2013 - "Love/Hate"

ATN - I HATE physical therapy!  I LOVE the results!  (ouch)

MEB - Love the beach... The wind, the waves, and the sun. But I hate the sand that seems to stick to everything ....

MEL - I love the funky style of this room, but I hate using it :)

September 27, 2013 - "Near"

ATN - Opal is happiest when she is near one of us....

MEB - This little fella has become near and dear to heart

MEL - I am so lucky to have a mom, that has been my best friend since I was a child, live so near to us.

September 25, 2013 - "Frame"

ATN -  I like the way the branches frame the old building....

MEB - We were given a beautiful portrait which was placed in an intricate frame.

MEL - My girl, Abbey, in a frame.

September 24, 2013 - "3 Things"

ATN -  Mary Montague, Anne Carrington and the new Sarah Skaar!  3 beautiful
cousins at Sarah's wedding....

MEB - When the power goes out, the three of these will fill a room with a soft glow.

September 23, 2013 - "Before Bed"

ATN - Every night before "bedtime" I brush my teeth....

MEB - We have found that Luke gets a surge of energy right before our bedtime!

MEL - Someone might want to check for mice in their mattress before bed

September 22, 2013 - "Up"

ATN - This may look like nothing to you but I am lifting my leg with a new
knee UP...WAY UP!!

MEB - Before heading out on a trip we always place items on our dinning room table that need to be packed up into the camper or car.

MEL - Birdie telling me where "up" is

 

September 21, 2013 - "Sometimes"

ATN - Sometimes...well, really most of the time...Opal will bring her ball
back to us so we can throw it again...and again...

MEB - Sometimes you just have to eat cake...  Or a cupcake!  I couldn't have one without sharing so I bought two!

MEL - Sometimes at a wedding, the 90 year old grandmother proudly catches the bouquet.

September 20, 2013 - "Man-made"

ATN - My left knee is man made!

MEB - Some of my favorite man made products!

MEL - I like when man made objects compliment instead of destroy nature

September 19, 2013 - "underneath"

ATN - Underneath the hassock is where Opal stores her favorite toys.

MEB - Peek-a-boo!  Our Luke is hiding underneath his towel.

MEL - Barret hides a big bag of M&M's in the cabinet underneath the microwave.  It is a pretty safe spot, since it is full of cooking utensils that no one uses.

September 18, 2013 - "Price"

ATN -  The real John PRICE was in my kitchen this morning and as he drove
off down the road I realized today's word was PRICE!  Bummer.  This is
the next best thing..bill from John for Courtenay!

MEB - The price of gas in and around Thomasville.

MEL - The price this huge hornet paid because we decided to open the windows today

September 17, 2013 - "In my fridge"

ATN-  Lamb chops, cottage cheese, cherry juice, eggs, purple onion & hot fudge!

MEB - In my refrigerator...

MEL - This used to just be the man cave Coors Light fridge...now it holds fruit juice, yogurt, diet cokes, milk and some beer. 

September 16, 2013 - "Strange"

ATN - A STRANGE game of Screw Your Neighbor....I actually WON!

MEB - A strange way to spell...

MEL - A strange place to work when I have perfectly good desk in my office. The things we do for our dogs. 

September 15, 2013 - "First you thing you see"

ATN - First thing I saw this am was my bedside lamp...I was on my side..so
lamp is too.

MEB - Yup.. My clock is the first thing I see in the morning.

MEL - Since Robert got his big boy bed, his little head next to my face is the first thing I see in the morning.  Still getting used to this.

September 14, 2013 - "Favorite"

ATN -My favorite husband with his favorite puppy!

MEB - Luke's favorite toy is big stuffed duck!

MEL - My favorite part of being a mother is watching Robert become Robert

September 13, 2103 - "Table"

ATN - A stool turned Table next to my sofa with my important stuff on it.

MEB - Our front hall table.
