July 29, 2013 - "The Last Thing You Bought"

ATN - Sorry it couldn't have been a wonderfully beautiful, expensive, once
in a lifetime purchase.  Instead it was 6 bananas!  How Thrilling!!

MEB - The last thing I purchased were pork chop sandwiches from Willies Wee-Nee Wagon!  YUM!!!

MEL - The last thing I purchased were stamps for Thank You Notes.  And these stamps speak the truth.

July 28, 2013 - "cup"

ATN - This belonged to my great-grandmother, Georgianna Adams Carrington. My
mother used it everyday and left it to me. Engraved on the bottom
Christmas 1921.

MEB - The good life

A true Southern Girl's cup.  Can also be used as a vase, preserving, or pickling.

MEB - With all the rain and clouds we have had over the past month, it was wonderful to wake up to blue skies and sunshine!

This heart is part of a mural at Positive Vibe Cafe - a restaurant in Richmond that is "dedicated to training and employing people with disabilities in food services"

July 24, 2013 - "A Stranger"

ATN - My STRANGER is Prof Farley who is a math professor at RCC.  Never
met/saw/heard of him before today.  I took his photo then he asked if
I wanted to know who he was...so I said yes!

MEB - A portrait hangs over our fireplace of my husband's great grandmother who I never had the pleasure of meeting.

MEL - My stranger from the post office.  The only time I got out yesterday.

July 23, 2013 - "Mirror"

ATN - Brand new shelves in our storage shed...neat and tidy...as seen through a MIRROR!

July 22, 2013 - "Upside Down" Happy Anniversary MEB & WWB!

ATN - Found this at the Gourmet restaurant in Warsaw.  Maybe should be
switched so it'd read Evil Bitch...

July 21, 2013 - "9 o'clock"

ATN - 9:00 pm..can barely see the gazabo with the river behind.  Days are
getting shorter already.  I was hoping it would be a bit lighter..

MEB - During a three day scrapbook crop I find I am scrapping from early in the morning until late in the evening.

MEL - Getting gas and heading home at 9:00am.  Great trip & great memories.

July 20, 2013 - "Eyes"

ATN - Aha...a mystery eye!  MEB or MEL...can you tell me who it is?

MEB - When you are a scrapbooker and are attended a weekend crop... This is the end result.

MEL - Two of my favorite eyes that are usually covered up by sunglasses :)

July 19, 2013 - "Animal/Insect/Pet"

ATN - Bees were too fast.  Had flushed the most recent tick. And a
dragonfly stayed put long enough for me to get his photo...also liked
that he sat on an orange hose for contrast!

MEB - The zebra use to be a full rug until a puppy destroyed parts of the pelt. Now all that is left looks down on all who enter the living room.

MEL - Sand flea.  Robert chased them all over the beach this week.

July 18, 2013 - "Plate"

ATN - I have got PLATES!  This is one of many that from the Lemmon side of
my family...brought over from China by my great-great-grandfather!

MEB - This plate was handmade by one of my favorite artists.  We have many pieces of his work.

MEL - My plate of food that Barret cooked at the beach. Fresh tuna and corn on the cob!

July 17, 2012 - "Addiction"

ATN - I LOVE these shows....I check them at least once a day just to make
sure I am not missing something really really good

MEB - Pinterest has become my new addiction. I can sit for hours and browse through the website!

MEL - Diet Coke...best out of the fountain with crushed ice.

July 16, 2013 - "Sign"

MEB - This is a sign that the start of school is right around the corner.  Teachers are already beginning to get their room set up for the year.

ATN - The US Senior Open was on TV today...

MEB - After what seems like forever, they clouds finally opened up to show a quick peek of blue.  Then it closed again and rained!

MEL - An open bag of chocolate chips to melt and drizzle over Strawberries and Angel Food Cake kabobs!
